LeBron Raymone James Sr. - born 30 December 1984 is a professionally-trained American basketball star. King James is widely regarded as one of basketball's greatest players. He is often in comparison to Michael Jordan when discussing the most famous basketball player. James has four NBA titles. He has four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. And two Olympic gold medals. James holds the record for the highest number of points scored in the post-season, second best total career point total and seventh most career assists. Additionally, as an NBA All-Star, James was picked to the NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. He's played in ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between 2011 and 2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player to score 10,000 points, rebound and assists in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town of Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a future NBA star. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was selected as the highest pick from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. When he was named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, he soon established himself as a premier player in the NBA winning the MVP award in both 2009 and 2010 for the NBA. in 2009 and 2010.
