Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible husband JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. My family moved to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. Given the chance to live a better life I wanted to try the best I could to please them and determined to achieve my goals. I believed my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start a family. The lifestyle I had thought I would have wasn't what it turned into. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my life away for a paycheck when I knew I was meant for more. I possessed a love of fitness and having fun and helping people while I walked my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I started my own small business which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. There are a few Asian women in the industry. My goal in this industry is to help create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. Additionally, I'm committed to helping others become empowered so that they can achieve their goals, follow their interests and lead the life you've always wanted to live. When my business was taking flight I also lost my mom. The loss of my mother is hardest of all. In Heaven she now rests in peace after a long battle with the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think of her daily. It is possible to learn from the world, even if we might not be able to spot it in the moment. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I truly believe that her death gave me the chance to start an entirely new chapter. She died in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to enter her next life. I was given a second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only time I really feel I'm living my life. When I share my experience, I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for yours. It is my wish that my words can help you realize that you're never alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in whatever you want to achieve. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, since that's the only thing we can count on during this lifetime.
